Acupuncture

Acupuncture works primarily through the stimulation of the central nervous system to affect all major physiological systems, notably the musculoskeletal, hormonal, and cardiovascular systems. Acupuncture increases circulation, causes a release of many neurochemicals, including endorphins (the body’s natural pain killers), serotonin, and other neurotransmitters. Additionally, acupuncture relieves muscle spasms, stimulates nerves, and the body’s own system of healing.

Manual Therapy

Manual therapy consists of soft tissue and joint mobilization, passive range of motion, stretching and massage. When performed on our pets, manual therapy can decrease pain, improve mobility, increase blood flow, reduce muscle stiffness, improve flexibility, and enhance tissue and joint health as well as function.

Cold Laser Therapy

Cold laser is a non invasive treatment plan for pain and inflammation within the body. This laser works through photobiomodulation - light waves - that decrease inflammation, increase circulation, reduce pain, and accelerate healing. There are no side effects and it is safe to use in pets even with health conditions such as kidney or liver disease.
